Jackfruit chips

Jackfruit chips are a delicious and an easy-to-make traditional snack.

Cut raw jackfruit that has been peeled into thin two-inch strips. Heat coconut oil in a traditional Kerala wok and put the slices into the heated oil. When they are half fried, add salt water drop by drop to it. Then wait for it to fry to a golden colour and then remove from the fire.
