Sivaratri

Mannur Shiva Temple, located at Kozhikode with an exquisitely carved Gajaprathista (styled laterite structure) is more than two centuries old. The annual Sivaratri festival is celebrated in a grand way. The other major festival celebrated here is the Thiruvathira in the Malayalam month of Dhanu (December-January).
