Vayalapra Aniyakkara Sree Poomala Bhagavathy Kavu, located in Kannur, celebrates its annual Pattu Utsavam on the 2nd of the Malayalam month of Makaram (January).This ritualistic festival are marked by various ceremonies like Thirumul Kazhcha and Sahasra Deeparchana. During the festival Annadanam or serving of free food to the devotees is also held.
