These tasty chips made from bittergourd are surprisingly, not bitter.
The bittergourd is first cut into thin slices. Then they are boiled after making sure that the slices are arranged in the vessel in such a way that they are not on top of each other. Marinate the boiled slices with chilli powder, asafetida and salt and keep aside for three to four hours. After this, sun-dry them. Now they are ready to be deep-fried in oil to get delicious bittergourd chips.
