Adirasam

Ingredients:

Rice powder – 2 cups
Powdered jaggery – 1 cup
Ghee – ½ tsp
Water - as required
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Oil - as required

Method of Preparation:

Make jaggery syrup by boiling water and jaggery. Make dough by mixing rice powder, cardamom powder, ghee and jaggery syrup. Heat plantain leaves. Place the dough on it and press. Fry it in hot oil. Cook it on low flame.
