Ingredients:
Rice (raw) – 2 cups
Jaggery – 3 pieces
Grated Coconut – 1 cup
Ghee – 3 tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Method of Preparation:
In a thick bottomed pan roast raw rice. Boil jaggery with water till it reduces to half. Powder the roasted rice. Mix jaggery syrup, powdered rice, coconut, cardamom powder and ghee. Make small balls of it. This can be stored/preserved for many days.
