Beans Thoran

Ingredients:

Beans sliced – 2 cups
Chopped green chilies – 6 nos
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Chopped ginger – 2 tsp
Chopped garlic – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Grated coconut – 2 cups
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Dried red chilies – 3 nos
Oil – as required
Salt – as required
Curry leaves – as required 

Method of Preparation:

In a pan add oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add dried red chilies and curry leaves. Now add onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic and beans. Sauté well. Add required amount of water and salt and let the mixture cook well. Let the water reduce completely. Now add coarsely ground coconut, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Sauté well and serve.
