Ingredients:

Rice powder – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Salt – as required
Oil – as required
Crushed cumin seeds – ½ tsp

Method of Preparation:

Sauté rice powder till the raw smell goes off and till it turns brown. To this add hot water and oil and mix well. Add cumin seeds, coconut and mix it well to make soft dough. Roll it to make small balls and fry it in oil.
