Chicken Fry


Chicken with legs cut into big pieces – 8 nos
Lime juice – 1 lemon
Chili powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chicken masala powder – 1 tsp
Set curd – 3 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as required
Water – as required
Curry leaves – as required
Onion cut in round slices – 1 cup

Method of Preparation:

Marinate chicken with curd, salt and all dry curry powders (chili, coriander, turmeric, chicken masala, pepper) for 1 hour in refrigerator. Fry it in hot oil. To this add fried curry leaves and onion slices.
