Drumstick leaves – 2 cups
Egg – 2 nos
Garlic – 4 pods
Chili powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – as required
Dried red chilies – 3 nos
Curry leaves – as required
Salt – as required

Method of Preparation:

In a hot pan, add the eggs and scramble it. In a different pan add oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add dried red chilies and curry leaves into it. To this add the drumstick leaves along with salt, chili powder and turmeric powder and let it cook well. Add ground mix of coconut, cumin seeds and garlic. Now add the scrambled egg and sauté well.
