Ingredients:
Rice powder – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 2 cups
Butter – 1 tsp
Sugar – ¾ cup
Plantain leaves (cut into square pieces) – few
Salt – a pinch
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Method of Preparation:
Boil ½ cup of water. To the boiling water add rice powder along with a pinch of salt. Mix it and make it smooth dough. Remove from the flame. Mix sugar, cardamom powder and coconut in a bowl. Flatten the dough in plantain leaves. Spread it like a thin sheet with your fingers. Place the coconut mixture in the center and fold it. Steam it.
