Fried Fish

Cleaned fish (make cuts on its body) – 10 nos
Green pepper – 15 nos
Crushed ginger-garlic – 3 tsp
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Salt - as required
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Coconut oil - as required
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Method of Preparation:
Crush all the ingredients and marinate the fish with it for 1 hour (except coconut oil). In a flat-bottomed pan, add oil. Shallow fry the marinated fish on both sides well.
