Fish cooked in Tomato

Thick flesh fish (cut in cubes) – ½ Kg
Chopped tomato – 6 nos
Kashmiri chili powder – 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chopped shallots – 8 nos
Chopped ginger-garlic – 2 tsp each
Curry leaves - as required
Fenugreek powder – a pinch
Salt - as required
Coconut oil - as required
Method of Preparation:
Keep clay pot on flame. Add oil to it. Now add ginger, garlic, green chilies and sauté. Add onion and tomato, and sauté well. Add dry curry powders (Kashmiri chili, turmeric) and salt. Mix well. Let it cool and grind it well. Mix the ground mixture with water. Add this to fish pieces and cook till the masala combines well with the fish pieces. Add 2 tsp of coconut oil and remove from the flame.
