Ginger – 2 big pieces
Shallots – 10 nos
Green chilies – 4 nos
Set curd – 1 cup
Curry leaves – as required
Salt – as required

Method of Preparation:

Coarsely grind ginger, shallots, green chilies and curry leaves. Add this to the curd along with salt and mix well.
