Jackfruit Aviyal

Ingredients:
 
Jackfruit (cut lengthwise) seedless – 2 cups
Jackfruit seeds – ¼ cup
Raw mango (cut lengthwise) – ¼ cup
Shallots – 6 nos
Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Chili powder – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – as required
Salt – as required
Coconut oil – as required
 
Method of Preparation:
 
In a pan add jackfruit seeds and water. Let it cook well. Now add jackfruit pieces. Add the ground mix of coconut, cumin seeds, shallots and curry leaves. Mix well with salt, curry leaves, chili powder and turmeric powder. Add water, close the lid and let it cook well. Let the water reduce. Add coconut oil and mix well.
