Kaipola

Ingredients:
 
Ripe plantain banana – 2 (chopped)
Egg – 2 nos
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Milk – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts – 2 tsp
Raisins – 2 tsp
Keep aside a few cashew nuts and raisins for garnishing too.
 
 
Method of Preparation:
 
Sauté the chopped banana with 1 tbsp of ghee until it turns golden brown. In a bowl, beat milk, egg and sugar. To this add cashew nuts, raisins and banana. Mix well. Keep a flat-bottomed pan on flame. Add 1 tbsp of ghee/butter and spread it everywhere. To this add the egg mixture and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. Do not burn it. Let it cool and cut it into desired shapes.
