Mutta Kizhi

Maida – 1 cup
Egg – 2 nos
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Onions – 2 nos
Salt - as required
Green chilies – 2 nos
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Curry leaves - as required
Oil – for frying
Method of Preparation:
Add salt and required amount of water to maida and knead the dough same consistency as that for chappathi. Boil eggs and cut them into small pieces. In a pan, add 3 tsp of oil. Add chopped onion and green chilies and sauté well. To this add chili powder and turmeric powder. Add curry leaves and salt. Add chopped egg pieces and mix well.  Remove from the flame.
