Raw rice – ½ Kg
Eggs – 3 nos
Salt - as required
Oil – for frying

Method of Preparation:

Soak raw rice in water overnight. Grind it well, the next day. Add only a small amount of water. In a bowl whisk egg and add this to the ground mixture. Add required quantity of salt to this. In a pan, add oil and heat it. Pour a spoon of this mixture and shallow fry it on both the sides until it turns golden brown.
