Palada Payasam

Ingredients:

Homemade Ada/ Readymade Ada – ¼ Kg
Milk – 3 liters
Sugar – ¾ glass
Ghee - as required
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp

Method of Preparation:

Cook ada in hot water for 15 minutes. Wash it in cold water. It should not stick to each other. Boil 2 liters of milk. When the milk starts to reduce, add ada and cook it. Add sugar and cook again. When it thickens, add cardamom powder and mix. Serve hot or chill.
