Pearlspot Fry


Pearlspot cleaned (whole) – 4 to 5 pieces ( 1 Kg)
Chili powder – 4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 4 tsp
Ginger paste – 2 tsp
Green chili paste – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 no
Salt - as required
Oil - as required
Curry leaves - as required

Method of Preparation:

Clean fish and make cuts in the fish. Marinate it with all ingredients and keep for 1 hour. Heat oil and fry the fish on low flame (use non-stick pan). Fry both sides well.
