Pepper Duck Curry

Ingredients:

Duck cut into medium pieces – ½ Kg
Potatoes diced – 1 no
Pepper powder – 4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – as required
Salt – as required
Oil – ¼ cup

Method of Preparation:

In a pressure cooker, cook duck pieces with turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, vinegar, required amount of water and ¼ cup of coconut oil. Add potatoes to the cooked duck. Add required amount of water and cook again.
