Poori

Ingredients:

Atta/ Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt - as required
Rice powder – ½ tsp
Water - as required
Oil – for frying

Method of Preparation:

Mix atta flour, salt, rice powder (for crispiness) and water. Make dough. Make small balls. Press and spread it in poori presser and deep fry it.
