Potato Podimas

Ingredients:
 
Cooked and mashed potatoes – 6 nos
Chopped green chilies – 4 nos
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Green peas cooked – ½ cup
Garlic – 4 pods
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – as required
Oil – as required
Salt – as required
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
 
Method of Preparation:
 
In a pan, add 3 tsp of oil. Splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal. Now add curry leaves, green peas, onion and green chilies. Sauté well. Add cooked potatoes with dry curry powder (chili, turmeric, garam masala) and salt. Mix well.
