Rice flakes Laddu

Ingredients:
 
Rice flakes – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Cashew nut - ½ cup
Raisins – ½ cup
Ghee – ½ cup
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
 
Method of Preparation:
 
Powder rice flakes in a mixer. To this add cardamom powder, grated coconut, sugar and grind again. In a pan, add ghee. Add cashew nuts and raisins. Sauté well. In the ground mixture, add this mixture along with ghee and mix well. Make small balls out of it. Aval ladoo is ready.
