Scrambled Egg

Egg – 6 nos
Chopped onions – ½ cup
Chopped green chilies – 2 nos
Curry leaves – as required
Chili powder – ¼ tsp
Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Dried red chilies – 2 nos
Coconut oil – as required
Salt – as required
Chopped coriander leaves - as required
Method of Preparation:
In a hot pan, add 3 tsp of oil, splutter mustard seeds. Add dried red chilies and curry leaves. Add onions, green chilies and sauté well. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk it. Add this to the pan and scramble well along with salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
