Cheera Chakkakuru Thoran

Chopped spinach – 2 cups
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Chili powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – as required
Mustard seeds – as required
Dried red chilies – 4 nos
Curry leaves – as required
Oil – as required
Jackfruit seeds – 5 nos
Method of Preparation:
In a pan add oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add dried red chilies. Now add jackfruit seeds and cook it with required amount of water. To this add chopped spinach and salt. Close the lid and let it cook. Add coarsely ground coconut, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Mix well and cook till the water reduces completely.
