Spinach Kuzhambu


Chopped spinach – 2 cups
Green chilies – 3 nos
Shallots – 4 nos
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – as required
Set curd – 1 cup
Oil – as required
Salt – as required

Method of Preparation:

Cook spinach with required amount of water and salt. Make a fine paste of coconut, shallots, cumin and green chilies and add it to it. Let it boil. Now add the set curd to it and mix well. Add curry leaves and coconut oil. Mix well and serve.
