Chopped pineapple – ¼ cup
Chopped dates – ¼ cup
Grapes – ¼ cup
Chopped plantain – ¼ cup
Chili powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – as required
Salt – as required
Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
Dried red chilies – 2 nos
Ghee – 2 tsp

Method of Preparation:

Cook chopped plantain in water. Add chili powder, turmeric powder and sugar to the cooked plantain and mix well. Mash the mixture. In another pan cook apple, dates, grapes and pineapple by adding water. Mash it and add it to the plantain mixture. In a pan add ghee and splutter mustard seeds. Add red chilies and curry leaves to it. Add this to the curry. Add required amount of salt and mix well.
