Ingredients:
Tapioca (grated after removing the skin) – 1 cup
Salt - as required
Water - as required
Rice flour – ½ cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Method of Preparation:
Roast rice powder. Squeeze out the milk from the tapioca twice. Mix squeezed tapioca, rice powder, salt and water. Fill the puttu pot with grated coconut as usual and steam it. Best side dish for this is fish curry.
