Tharikanji

Ingredients:

Roasted rava/ semolina – ¼ cup
Milk – 1 cup
Water – 1 ½ cups
Sugar – 4 tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Ghee – ½ tbsp
Raisins – ½ tbsp
Cashew nuts – ½ tbsp

Method of Preparation:

Boil water and milk together. Cook rava in it without forming lumps. Add sugar, cardamom powder. Serve hot. It is a tasty and protein rich dish served during fasting time.
