Thuruvacha Kozhukatta

Ingredients:
 
Raw rice (soaked and powdered) – 2 cups
Salt – as required
Oil – as required
 
Filling: -
 
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Grated jaggery – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
 
Method of Preparation:
 
In a thick bottomed pan, add 4 cups of water, 1 tsp of oil and let it boil. Add powdered raw rice to it. Let it cool. Roll it into small balls. Make a small hole in the center and fill it with coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder mix. Cover it well and steam it. Serve hot.
