Elephant foot Yam 1 bowl
Red chilli powder ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Pepper powder  1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

Put the sliced yam into a cooker and add enough water to cover it. Now turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Cook it till you hear 1 whistle.  After the whistle, when the pressure settles drain the water.

Take a pan, add some oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves, and pepper powder into it. Now add the cooked yam into this and mix. The taste elephant foot yam pepper fry is ready!
