Ripe Banana/ cucumber/pineapple 2 cups
Beaten Curd  2 cups
Green Chillies 2 nos
Salt  to taste

To make a paste

Grated coconut 1 ½ cups
Turmeric powder  ½ tsp
Cumin powder  ½  tsp
Green chillies  6 nos

For seasoning 

Coconut oil  2 tbsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Red chillies  2 nos
Fenugreek  seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves          2 sprigs

Method of Preparation 

Put the sliced banana/pineapple/cucumber in a vessel. Add enough water and cook it after adding turmeric powder, green chillies and salt. 

Now grind together the grated coconut, turmeric powder, cumin powder, green chillies and salt to make a paste. 

When the vegetables get cooked, add the paste into it and boil it. Now add the curd beaten into it. Heat it for 1 minute and remove from the flame. 

Now, take a pan, and heat some oil. Put some mustard seeds and red chillies. When it splutters, add curry leaves and fenugreek seeds. Pour this on the Pulissery and serve hot.
